NANOACTIVE
Photocatalyst particles, when excited by natural or artificial light, produce reactive free radicals that oxidise surface-contaminating viruses, bacteria, fungi, organic matter, and unpleasant or noxious odour substances. Can be used on all surfaces in heavily used spaces. Reception counters, customer service places, waiting rooms, offices...
Functional principle
The great advantage of this durable hygienic
"protective" coating with is that the particles with the photocatalytic effect are permanently fixed on the surface by a special polymer, they can exert their antimicrobial effect for a long time, on a harmless way to human health and the environment.
This is based on the fact that the immobilized photocatalyst particles on the surface produces reactive free radicals- activated with natural or artificial light- which have a sufficiently high oxidation potential to oxidize the organic matter, such as surface impurities, unpleasant or harmful odors or microorganisms (viruses, bacteria, fungi).
Features, benefits:
- protects against viruses, bacteria and fungi
- odor substances, surface contaminants are decomposing
- photocatalyst particles are activated by light (germicidal UV light, sunlight, other artificial light)
- the process takes place only on the surface, from where no hazardous material is released into the environment
- no harmful effects on the human body, no skin irritation
- the coating even remains permanently active for up to 14 days
