Our air and surface disinfection devices in HVAC system to protect people's health. An answer for the today's challenge. Our in duct installed air disinfection devices inactivate the pathogenic microorganisms “on the fly”. The kill ratio is depending on the UV light intensity, length of exposure and lamp placement.

The UV tubes in the device are mounted parallel to the airflow in the longitudinal direction of the air duct to increase the contact time between microorganisms and UV light.

Surface disinfection (UV-C/PCO)

Our innovative nanotechnology devices are ideal for disinfecting and deodorizing the air in heavily used public spaces. They work continuously, without chemicals, through a combination of germicidal UV light and photocatalytic oxidation (PCO). PCO is regarded as one of the most promising methods to destroy bacteria and neutralize harmful volatile organic compounds and odors.

The particles with the photocatalytic effect are permanently fixed on the surface by a special polymer, they can exert their antimicrobial effect for a long time, on a harmless way to human health and the environment.

EXCIMER LAMP

One of the most promising methods of generating 222 nm UV-C light is through an optically filtered krypton-chloride (KrCl) excimer lamp. A high electric field generates plasma by exciting KrCl excimer molecules between the electrodes. When the excimer molecules dissociate and return to their original state (ground state) within nanoseconds, they trigger the emission of 222 nm UV light.

UVO2

Large amount of ozone is produced in the reactor chamber from the oxygen content of the ambient air using VUV lamps tuned to a wavelength of 185 nm. The ozone can reach all corners of the room, effectively disinfecting and deodorizing the entire room. It is characterized by very strong oxidizing and good penetration ability.

UV C2

Our UVC handheld device is an excellent tool for UVC disinfection of all kinds of surfaces. To inactivate microoorganisms, any dose rate can be achieved at certain distances from the bottom of the device. Only the exposure time has to be chosen correctly.

Germ remover

Ozone treatment of indoor air is now a very common, widely used air purification and disinfection process. Our UV ozone generator, unlike the corona discharge generator, does not produce harmful nitrogen by-products and works extremely well even in humid air.

We use UV light, a titanium dioxide-coated surface, i.e. a photocatalyst, in our industrial ceiling-mounted germicidal device.
